Biking, Hiking - Hundreds of acres of public land adjoins the resort property. Drives and trails are available on this property for hiking and biking.
Bird & Wildlife Watching - Our area is home to a myriad of birds & mammals, including hawks, eagles, grouse, ducks, loons, migrating swans, pileated woodpeckers, numerous songbirds, owls, beaver, otter, raccoons, mink and deer, just to name a few.
Golfing - Try one or all five golf courses in the immediate area. Within 30 miles are many more.
Hunting - Hunters seeking waterfowl and Canadian geese, ruffed grouse and woodcock, as well as whitetail deer and bear find great rewards.
Rod & Gun Club - The Wealthwood Rod and Gun Club presents a clean, affordable and safe environment for all phases of sports shooting with you family! State Parks - Enjoy the presence of two extraordinary state parks and the many recreational and educational services provided. The 318-acre Father Hennepin State Park and Mille Lacs Kathio State Park

Fishing - Smith Lake has excellent fishing for bass, crappie bluegill/sunfish and northern pike. walleye are also available. Nearby Mlle Lacs Lake has excellent fishing for walleye, smallmouth bass, perch and muskie.Pubic accesses and Private protected marinas on Mille Lacs Lake are located within 2 to 6 miles of the resort.
