PET POLICY~ Pets are
only allowed with prior permission .
Pets may not be left
unattended in or out of units, whether in kennels, vehicles, etc.
for any length of time. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pets
must be under your control at all times and NOT ALLOWED to run free. Pets MUST be CLEANED UP
AFTER! and kept quiet. In cabins keep
pets off beds and furniture. You will be financially responsible for
all damages caused by your pet. All pets must be registered with
management and are
subject to an additional charge. Proof of proper
shots etc. may be required.
For the peace, safety
and enjoyment of all our guests, we will
require you to follow ALL pet
policies.
We
are a small resort, If you
have an unfriendly pet, please DO NOT BRING IT.
All pets must have proof of required shots.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ALLOW
YOUR PET OR PETS AT THE RESORT AT ANY TIME! REGARDLESS OF PRIOR
APPROVAL! |

ADVANCED
DEPOSITS~
Advanced deposits are required with all reservations. Your advanced
deposit in the form of personal check, money order, VISA, Mastercard
or cash is required. A $400.00 deposit will be fine. |

PAYMENT~
Your personal check, traveler's checks, cash or VISA and
MasterCard for payment. Payment for your stay is due at the
beginning of the season. |

|
|
QUIET TIME~
Because we would like the resort to be a
restful place for all, we require that voices, radios, boom boxes
and other like items be kept at low level at all times and that the
general quiet time be observed between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We
expect and want guests to have a great time, keeping the
consideration of other guests in mind at the same time. |

ATV AND PERSONAL WATERCRAFT (Jet Skies) etc .
We do not allow ATV'S or Motorcycles to be driven around the resort
grounds. Only to and from the resort
property in a safe and courteous manner. Personal
Watercraft are not allowed to be used
on Smith Lake from the resort property. Personal watercraft can be
kept on trailer and taken to other lakes for use. |

VISITORS~
We consider Rolling Hills Resort to be a place where our
guests can enjoy a restful vacation. In order to assure that our
guests can enjoy this, we find that a visitor policy is necessary.
Visitors are persons visiting registered guests for part of, or all
day. This includes infants, children or adults. There is
a $3.00 per person charge for all visitors and we ask that they be
registered with management unless other arrangements have been made. Check with
management. Guest wanting to put up tents must be approved by
management and the location approved.
Day Visitor hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Visitors staying past 9:00 p.m. will be considered overnight guest
and will be charged according to extra person unit rates. |

NOTICE~
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in each
unit. Please notify us when making your reservation of the
approximate number of visitors and/or guests you may have.
You are responsible for all visitor/guest charges.
Maximum guest capacities may not be exceeded without prior approval.
